Odyssey Networks presents "Beyond Mumbai: Hope and Healing"  We followed Kia Scherr and survivors of the Mumbai terrorist attacks of 2008 as they returned to Mumbai. They went to speak for peace and help organize a memorial for the dead and celebrate the survivors. Sherr lost both her husband and daughter in the attack.

They came ashore in the November darkness—ten young men on a murderous mission. In pairs, they fanned out across Mumbai seeking their targets—a rail station, two hotels, a café, a hostel. Their siege lasted three days and claimed 179 lives.  In their path that night were Allen Scherr and his 13-year-old daughter Naomi, dining at the Oberoi Hotel with travel companions. The terrorists killed them as they huddled together under their table.
