The U.S. Army Welcomes Its First Hindu Chaplain (BBC News, December 11, 2011)

State and religion are separate and different matters and should remain that way. The problem I see is, people using their religion and the scheme of ‘strength in numbers’ as a tool to force State matters into molding to their agendas and beliefs. Dilemma: Most people get along fine until they come to the subject of religion; more than politics is what ignites the most fierce differences…
About this video, please clarify: On one hand, this video states that religion and State are separate and should/must stay separate. This is on our Constitution as well as expressed and affirmed by many of our presidents, before, during and after their terms in office.
At the same time, it seems to be advocating that candidates to the presidential office and other political organizations must state their religious beliefs and those must agree with the largest religious group, or they are not considered to be ‘worthy’. All the images shown in this video have a connection to religion or show religious groups exerting pressure upon political persons, groups and government.
